Who these terms cover

Escape9to5 provides property calculators, guides, member dashboards and analysis tools. By creating an account or using the tools, you agree to use them as described here.

Guidance, not professional advice

The tools provide estimates and working guidance only. They are not financial, legal, tax, valuation or investment advice. Property decisions have costs and risks. You must carry out your own due diligence and take professional advice where needed.

No guaranteed returns

We do not guarantee profits, occupancy, rents, purchase prices, refurbishment costs or investment outcomes. Figures in the tools depend on the information you enter and on market conditions that can change.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your sign-in details private. Do not share paid-member access in a way that lets other people use tools they have not been granted. We may suspend an account that is abused or used to attack the service.

Membership pricing

Paid membership is intended to be £9.99 per month once billing is enabled. Billing is not live yet, so this page does not create a charge. When billing starts, the live checkout price and membership terms shown at purchase will apply.

Cancellation

We have not published a live cancellation process because payments are not enabled yet. When billing is switched on, we will explain how to cancel. This page does not promise a refund.

Acceptable use

Use the service for lawful property research and your own business records. Do not scrape, overload or attempt to break the tools. Do not use them to mislead landlords, buyers, lenders or investors.

Third-party services

Some tools may use or display information from third parties, including property listing sources such as Rightmove and data-collection providers such as Apify. Those services have their own terms. Listing data can be incomplete, delayed or wrong. Always check the original source before acting.

Intellectual property

Escape9to5 branding, site design, guides and software remain our property. You may use outputs you generate for your own deals. You may not copy the tools, resell access, or pass our materials off as your own product.

Service availability

We aim to keep the site available, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. Tools may change, and features can be in beta. We may need to repair, update or temporarily withdraw a tool.
