What this service is

Escape9to5 provides property tools, calculators, guides and member applications. A free account can use the dashboard and selected free resources. Paid member tools stay locked until membership access is granted.

Account data (Clerk)

Sign-in and account creation are handled by Clerk. That typically includes your email address, name if you provide one, and authentication cookies needed to keep you signed in. We use Clerk public metadata such as admin, premium or beta access flags to decide which member tools you can open.

Application data (Supabase)

Some member tools save your work to our application database hosted with Supabase. That can include Profit & Loss Tracker records and Deal Analyser deals linked to your signed-in account. Funnel Tracker and Viewing Tool data currently stay in your browser unless a later version moves them to the server.

Hosting (Vercel)

The website is hosted on Vercel. Like most hosted sites, that means standard technical logs such as IP address, browser type and requested pages may be processed to operate and secure the service.

Browser storage

Some tools store progress in your browser using local or session storage. Examples include the free journey checklist, Funnel Tracker leads and Viewing Tool answers. This stays on your device unless you export it or a later update syncs it to your account.

Payments

Paid membership is planned at £9.99 per month. Billing is not enabled yet. When payments are switched on, card details will be handled by a payment processor. We do not intend to store full card numbers on Escape9to5 servers.

Owner / legal review: When paid membership is enabled, name the live payment processor and confirm what payment data Escape9to5 stores versus the processor.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal data. This site does not currently use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Hotjar or similar advertising trackers.

Cookies

Essential authentication cookies from Clerk are used to sign you in and keep your session. We have not added a marketing cookie banner because this site does not currently run non-essential tracking pixels.
